Tai-Chi-Group of the outpatients

Tai-Chi is “life care” for young and old. It teaches us persistence and patience, promotes a sense of community and brings more joy and serenity to our lives. It should be integrated into everyday life on a regular basis for years. Therefore, we do not offer courses, but regular, regular, binding training.

Tai-Chi as a Chinese art of movement promotes the suppleness of the spine and joints, relieves tension, strengthens the muscles and promotes bone density. Tai-Chi trains balance and memory, regulates the central nervous system and can have a positive effect on insomnia, indigestion, inner restlessness, overload, etc.

The Tai-Chi group of the outpatient clinic of the TCM-Klinik Bad Kötzting was founded in 2016.

You are welcome to join us!
